Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at prospercreativedesigns1384@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, submit a request directly from your order confirmation page or contact us at prospercreativedesigns1384@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please note: return eligibility is subject to supplier confirmation. Do not ship items back without receiving written authorization from us first.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Replacements are subject to supplier availability.
